💼 Your role with us

As a member of A-omsorg's team, you will:

• Provide personal care
• Tailor services to each customer's needs
• Work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues
• Participate in documentation and reporting

You will be part of a caring and professional group that supports each other and develops together.

🌟 Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a nursing assistant or caregiver, preferably in home care
• Is attentive, flexible, and proactive
• Has a good ability to meet people professionally and empathetically
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently
• Is accustomed to documenting digitally

⏰ About the position

• Scope: Full-time / Part-time
• Working hours: Day, evening, and weekend (schedule according to agreement)
• Compensation: Fixed salary + OB supplement
